This festival has been created with heart, intention, and a deep belief that we all deserve space to pause, reconnect, and come back to ourselves.
It’s a wellness festival designed to nourish your mind, body, and soul. Set in a beautiful outdoor location, Embrace You brings together a curated mix of wellness practitioners, holistic therapists, creative souls, and small businesses — all in one welcoming, feel-good space.
We all know that our well-being is important and that we need to take care of it, but for many of us we don’t know how to do this. We hear about different practices: reiki, reflexology, shamanic healing, sound baths, but what are they and what do they do for us. Embrace You Wellness Festival hopes to answer all your questions about wellness and how to look after yourselves.
There will be a selection of different practitioners and therapists demonstrating and showcasing their skills, knowledge and practice. There will be workshops, talks and taster sessions for you to find what suits you best.

Murder Mystery Dinner
Join us for a Murder Mystery hosted by Death in Demand with a stunning 5 member cast, who will help you solve A Secret Murder, a spy story based in the 1920s.
On your table there will be table notes consisting of Scenario Overview, Pencils and Suspect Lists.
Sit back and use your Poirot skills to solve the murder while enjoying a fabulous 2 course dinner by Fran Keirle from Gesmak in Caerphilly.
