Leadership Coaching Services
My coaching sessions are warm, friendly, effective and purposeful. I approach each session with respect and confidence, providing a calm, welcoming environment, where clients will feel safe and can be open and honest. I encourage clients to talk about their strengths and areas to develop, without judgement.
Confidentiality is key to building trust and this is set out at the start of working together through drawing up a contract, which outlines expectations and ways of working.

WHAT YOU COULD EXPECT FROM LEADERSHIP COACHING
A session would usually last about 90 minutes. We would spend the first 15 minutes talking about what you would want to achieve in the session; drawing up the contract. The main body of coaching will last about an hour and then I will summarise the discussion and we will agree any action points.
During the session I will:
